Our mood-boosting, classes are for those who wish to build confidence and feel inspired by the many physical and cognitive benefits of dance, music and movement.

Dance It Up! 50+

This fun, mood-boosting movement class will introduce you to multiple dance styles ranging from Ballet to Bollywood, not only giving you a chance to find your groove, but to move expressively and dynamically to uplifting music. This is the perfect class for anyone wanting to improve their overall fitness, coordination, flexibility, balance and strength.

Moving Forward! 50+ Dance for Mobility

This Dance-based exercise class is suitable for people who are 50+ with impaired mobility. This class will be helpful if you are recovering from injury, illness, have experienced chronic pain or require assistance to walk and move. The dance class begins seated, focusing on upper body mobility and coordination; before moving to standing positions (with assistance if required) utilising hand railings (ballet barrés) to help guide and improve balance, proprioception and build lower body strength, stability and mobility.

Everybody DANCE Now

Adult classes in Batemans Bay

By request, we are offering a new class! ‘Everybody Dance Now’ is a fun, uplifting adult dance class for all ages. A mixture of dance styles and music, including tango, contemporary, hip hop, Bollywood, ballet and latin dance styles. This class offers you an opportunity to move with freedom of expression, dynamic coordination, strength, balance and flexibility whilst improving your overall fitness.
