If traditional gym workouts, repetitive weight training, or high-impact aerobics no longer appeal, this dance-based class may be a refreshing alternative.

Dance It Up! 50+ is a fun, mood-boosting movement class that explores a wide range of dance styles — including Ballet, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Bollywood, Jazz, Tap, and Latin dance, all within one welcoming session. Classes focus on expressive, accessible movement, allowing you to find your own rhythm and move with ease and enjoyment.

As you dance, your body naturally begins to adapt, gently supporting strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, endurance, and overall fitness. At the same time, learning new movement patterns engages the mind, encouraging creativity, focus, and confidence.

The emphasis is always on feeling good, moving at your own pace, and enjoying the freedom of dance, no experience required.
