Info for Participants

Our classes caters for your unique needs when it comes to movement. Throughout the session the instructor will provide different options, so that depending on your level of confidence you can try out new things or just pull back and play it safe if you need to. As you get used to the class and you get stronger and become more coordinated, you will find yourself becoming more adventurous than ever!

We will ask you to fill out a pre-exercise questionnaire when you come for the first time. This will help us to shape your class experience. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. If you have any questions or concerns, or if you would like to share any details of your condition prior to coming, please contact us.

Info for Carers / Family members

When you come along, expect to participate actively in the class. We’ll ask you to join in and be a part of the experience, rather than sit on the sidelines and watch. We’d like this to be an opportunity for you to a) participate and enjoy yourself; b) provide encouragement, physical and emotional support; and c) bond and connect with your client or loved one and with others. If you have any questions or concerns prior to the class, or if would like to share any particular details of your client / loved one’s condition, please contact us.
